一、 客戶下單

客戶與我公司客服聯系，說明翻譯的內容，語種，完成時間，格式要求及注意事項，然后提交稿件及翻譯中需要注意的各種文件資料。例如：公司名稱的固定翻譯等。也可以通過面談、電話或電子郵件等方式，針對翻譯項目和具體需求進行協商，最終簽署翻譯合同.

二、 項目分析

    接收到翻譯稿件之后 ，項目負責人先審閱文本的內容、計算字數、分析記錄客戶提出的翻譯要求，我們將在10分鐘內做出估價。對稿件做完初步的分析之后，進行專業分類，以便選擇譯員.

三、 任務分配

翻譯部對稿件所涉及的專業領域進行分析，統一專業詞語的用法，根據客戶需求，固定翻譯原則并按行業公認用法進行翻譯；然后選擇議員成立專業的翻譯項目小組.項目負責人協調，監控整個翻譯進程，以確保翻譯工作的質量、效率和語言風格及專業術語的一致性。并按時高質量地完成翻譯服務。

四、 查閱資料

在確定好項目小組后，項目組長同組員一起分析稿件，統一術語，制定翻譯計劃。同時根據稿件的領域查閱行業資料，確定翻譯語言風格及行業翻譯規范。以確保專業的翻譯服務。

五、 翻 譯

在翻譯期間，公司會隨時跟蹤翻譯的質量及進程，并保持與客戶的溝通，提出問題，分析問題，解決問題。客戶可以隨時提出翻譯的意見及要求。議員將嚴格按照前期制定的翻譯計劃，統一的翻譯術語及行業規范著手翻譯，確保翻譯質量并符合行業規范。

六、 雙重審核

公司建立了嚴格的雙重審核制度。即在翻譯完成后，由專業行業翻譯專家進行一審核對和二審核對，并對語言進行修飾，潤色。以符合翻譯的信達雅。準備.流暢.專業地反映項目翻譯需求。

七、 再次校對

雙重審核完成后，將由項目負責人再次核對，保證語言的流程，拼寫的標準，語法符合要求.并及時提出問題，再與專家分析解決問題。保證質量高效 .

八、 編輯排版：

由編輯排版部門處理稿件中的文字格式、圖片、表格等，保證稿件符合客戶的排版要求。無論是簡體還是繁體中文，我們均能按用戶要求進行排版制作和進行一切印前處理。如果客戶需求，我們也將提供印刷設計服務，全面一站式服務客戶。

九、 質量分析
翻譯與排版之后，項目負責人將最終核對，保證前期排版中的不出錯并與前期翻譯產品一致。

十、 交　稿
我們將通過客戶要求的方式提交譯件，對于大型項目我們也將提供免費的送件服務，為客戶保密。

十一、       客戶反饋

稿件提交后，客戶對稿件進行審核。對客戶反饋的意見我們將認真分析并按要求進行修改。所有修改將做好記錄并保存，保證再次為客戶服務的準確性。

Translation Workflow and Quality Control

Quality Control Process allows for several steps to ensure the best product and services.

1.  By nature, translations document need to be handled confidentially. We are more than willing to send and sign a Confidentiality Agreement with you to guarantee the utmost safety of your documents.

2.  As soon as we receive files from clients, the dedicated Project Manager will review your material first and record all information related to your requirements prior to beginning any work, e.g. formatting, layout and budget and so on.

3.  The Project Manager will assign the document to a group of person whose translation skills proven to be an expertise in areas your document involved. 

4.  The document is thoroughly checked and proof-read by a person who is fluent in both source and target languages. We ensure several rounds of proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, good idiomatic language, and completeness and correct formatting. We provide document in Word, Excel or PowerPoint (or other editable formats) according to your requirements.

5.  We are equipped with latest Computer Aided Translation tools and can provide a fast and accurate terminology translation. We carefully analyze all texts and collect terminology into a database, which can be re-used with future translation projects.

6.  Before the document goes to the client in the final version, the Project Manager will check again and makes sure all of the above steps have been taken .

During and after the project we pay special attention to all translation requirements both from the Client and our translators and do our best to answer all questions and resolve ambiguities. Over the years we have gained a wealth of experience in managing multilingual projects.
